LUSH, a global cosmetics business wanted to explore a concept that allowed more conversation to happen around their products. The business had made the decision to close certain social channels and allow for social activity to be available on their sites.
Our creative concept provided a rethink on product pages and allowed users to comment and discuss their favourite products easily whilst being able to view product details and purchase.
The overall product page would be heavily driven by a combination of reviews, ideas and recommendations by LUSH customers. The business already had an incredible active community, talking about the favourite products and how they used them.
